Susan Bell

Susan Bell is a registered Landscape Architect and a member of the Planning Institute Australia. After graduating from the Ryde School of Horticulture in Horticulture and Landscape Design she worked as a nursery hand, Landscape Technician and TAFE teacher as well as running her own consulting design business. She taught a range of subjects at TAFE and the University of Western Sydney. She has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Planning. For the last eleven years she has occupied the position of Principal Urban Designer at the Blue Mountains City Council where her role has included the development of strategic design guidelines and town centre Masterplans. Susan Bell has lived in Katoomba in the Blue Mountains for over 30 years.
