Watergate

When installed on all downpipes, the WaterGate allows your gutters to be quickly and easily backfilled using a garden hose. This is one of the recommendations made by the NSW RFS when it comes to preparing your home for a bushfire.

After installing a WaterGate approximately 1200mm above ground level on each downpipe it’s a quick and easy task to close each valve and attach a garden hose.  When not in use it allows rainwater to flow through it without restriction.

The WaterGate is designed and manufactured in Australia using ultra violet stabilized plastics to suit Australian conditions. There are three types to suit the common downpipe sizes and it can be painted to match.
