Adam Xerri

Adam is a full-time Undergraduate Student completing his fourth and final year of his Bachelor of Construction Management degree with Honours at Western Sydney University.

For the last three years, Adam has also been working full-time for Prime Build – a commercial fit-out and construction company through a number of roles. This includes his position as Safety & Compliance Coordinator, Junior Estimator and Junior Contracts Administrator. Adam is currently working as a Project Coordinator on Retail projects ranging from $5-8 million and is working toward becoming a Project Manager.

Adam has recently been awarded the Smart Modern Construction scholarship through Western Sydney University for academic performance amongst other important personal attributes.

He is currently conducting research on three case study residential estates for his Honours thesis and is looking to determine whether residential homes are being over-equipped or overrated and assessed for their specific bushfire risk in order to determine if there is a more cost-effective approach.
