He personally handles the quote, design and council application process, as well coordinating the hands-on building and site supervision. BMBC has a good working relationship with the Blue Mountains City Council and Penrith Council, and possesses in-depth knowledge of council approval processes, time frame requirements, and relevant codes and restrictions for your building project.
