TEKTUM designs and manufactures in Australia a system-based range of modular homes – called HOUSE2.0. The key innovation with HOUSE2.0 is the design mechanism that allows a full sized, fully featured building to be transported in standard ISO transport platforms, then merely unfolded on site, with all services and finishes in place.

TEKTUM’s vision is to revolutionise the construction industry and change the way we live through the production of architecturally customised, sustainable, safe, smart and efficient “plug & play” buildings.

The homes come in a range of sizes – from 60sqm to 190 sqm – and are incredibly flexible in terms of interior fitout and façade layout, to allow optimisation on a site-by-site basis.
